Fun Day Sunday!

I don't usually work on Sundays but today was an exception. A friend of mine came over and we played around with my studio lighting. I am excited how it all turned out. I learned that when in a slump, practice for FUN!! Things will turn around! Thanks for such a fun afternoon!

Family Farm Photos

The Mollenbeck family booked me for a session at their home. The family was celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The plan was to take the whole family in front of the family barn that has been standing for nearly a century! Sadly it was POURING RAIN the whole day so the family opted for an indoor shoot, but this little "branch" of the family decided to duck out after the shoot and take a few outside regardless of the rain. Luckily it didn't rain the whole time we went out..how GREAT is that!!! I am totally STOKED about the results!

SWEET lil' ISABELLA

Yesterday the weather here in Quill Lake was unbelievably gorgeous! Not able to pass up this wonderful opportunity, Heidi brought out her sweet lil' girl for a shoot! We couldn't have asked for a better day! We got so many great shots, but sadly I can only post a few. Oh my what a sweetheart, you can't help but smile while looking at her!

boys will be boys!

Last week Lisa brought her three little boys to visit me for a session. She brought along some wardrobe changes and suggested some ideas that she wanted. (I love it when clients bring their personalized ideas to a shoot). They were all FULL of energy and enthusiasm even though it was a cold AND rainy day.

I had So much fun with them. They laughed and giggled the whole time! Thanks, Lisa, your boys were so much fun!

WoRkInG HaRd!

well today is one of those days... TONS of work... little time! ( i am not complaining) I LOVE it!!! By this time tomorrow I will post a few new images and maybe even a BIG announcement! Wish me luck!

Summer Time is Wedding Time!

This summer was filled with weddings for me! This particular couple was ready to laugh and have fun! And that they did! It was a relaxed and heart felt day. You can just see the love between these two. It is AMAZING!
